The Original Group of $even
A group of artist-illustrators active in Guelph, Ontario, between 2012-2013. Official members included Marc Bell, Jay Stephens, Gillian Wilson, Michael Byers, Gregory Pepper and Ryan Cassidy (Affiliates and honorary members include Nick Craine, John Kissick, Rob, and Taylor Moran).
The group produced a total of 2 murals before live audiences, and an assortment of collaborative drawings and comic bookish stuff during sporadic club meetings.

The Guelph Brush-Off
A annual fundraising event where the audience votes for their favourite art in a reality-show elimination competition. I “competed” two years running, getting bumped in the 2nd round both times. Paintings were auctioned to raise money for Art Therapy programs at Hospice Wellington.
